ROLE
We assisted the client by:

Establishing a decision timetable to meet the needs of all parties;

Tendering the purchasers debt requirements against a tight timetable;

Liaising with the Banks to address their questions and present the company;

Reviewing competing offers and recommending the best offer to the client; and

Assisting the client through the documentation and implementation process.
