ROLE
We assisted the client by:

  •  Validating their debt requirements;

  •  Preparing an Information Memorandum to present the company to selected banks;

  •  Establishing a decision timetable to meet the needs of all parties;

  •  Liaising with the selected Banks to address their questions and present the company; and

  • Assisting the client through presenting market analysis to support their internal investment criteria.


KEY CHALLENGES

  •  Ensuring that the Client was presented to the most appropriate industry teams;

  •  Presenting a new fund to new Banks to gain support for a significant asset purchase;

  •  Gaining the support of Banks on a purchase that contained some difficult features;

  •  Ensuring that the Banks presented offers that were internally ‘approved’.
